She was predeceased by: her husband Carmelo. She is survived by: her children, Giovanni (April), Rosanna (Frank), Rocchina (Paolo), Carlo (Aleena) and Laura (Josh); her grandchildren, Cassandra, Krystelle, Felicia, Stefania, Gianluca, Emma, Liliana, Sienna, Vitalia, Ewan, Zarah, Evie and Gabriella; and her brother Rocco-Antonio (Franca). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel (10 Cachet Woods Ct, Markham, ON L6C3G1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Theresa Parish - Shrine (2559 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1M1). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON M2H3K4).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada in memory of Incoronata Cornacchia would be greatly appreciated.
