She was predeceased by: her spouse Gord Lever; her brother Bill; and her granddaughter Jennifer. She is survived by: her children, Karen (Mark Green) and Jim (Kathy); her grandchildren, Kristen, Leanne, Holly, Kelly and Donovan; and her great grandchildren, Callum and Killian.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CNIB, Grace Anglican Church, or the Farley Foundation for veterinary care in Joan's memory.
