With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mario Valerio (Markham, Ontario), whose life came to an end on February 3, 2026 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Santina Valerio; his parents, Pasquale and Elisa; his siblings, Giovanni, Donato (late Filomena) and Rosa (Alessandro); and his siblings-in-law, Giovanni, Antonietta, Cristina and Maria Grazie.
He is survived by: his significant other Esther Casullo; his children, Lucy Turgelis (Steve) and Dave Valerio (Anita); and his siblings, Nicola (late Berenice), Antonio (Amalia) and Lucia (late Felice).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
