Maureen Maize Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Maize (Markham, Ontario), who passed away on January 30, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, James, Susan, Thomas, Tara Morton (Rennie) of Nova Scotia and Delmer; her grandchildren, Logan and Rhett Morton of Nova Scotia; her sister Eileen Wilson (Dan); her parents, Frederick Silvio Vassella and Leona Agnes Taillon of Kingsbridge; her siblings, Yvonne Sinnett (James) of Goderich, Betty Lou Dalton (Mike) of Goderich, Linda Bowler (Art) of Goderich, Dianne Anderson (Chuck) of Goderich and Carl Vassella (Joan); and her sister-in-law Marlene Larocque (Gerry). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
