He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis LaPalme of Hammond, ON. and Jeanne Touchette of Hammond, ON.; and his siblings, Carmelle Jacqueline, Claire (late Léo Labrosse), Léona (Leonard Chevrier), Rita (late Omer Normand), Lawrence (late Jacqueline Lalonde), Gerald, Raymond, Ernest (Shirley Furlotte), Denis (late Debra Harding) and Guy (Anne Tabah).
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sharon Perrier (Michael), Cyndi LaPalme Ricciardi (Peter), James LaPalme and Michael LaPalme (Robyn); his grandchildren, Megan, Brendan, Samantha, Lucas, Jacob and Abigail; and his siblings, Thérèse (late René Gagnier), Carmel (late Roger Drouin), Stella (Gaëten Sicotte), Lise (Earl Boileau), Irène (Jacques Louisseize) and Diane (Gaston Payer).
In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Canada, a cause which was very close to Maurice's heart.
