He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Moncada and Rosaria Moncada; and his brothers, Paolo, Salvatore and Giovanni.
He is survived by: his wife Giuseppina; his children, Rosaria Romagnolo (Tony), Giacomo (Tina), Pasqualino (Maria) and Salvatore (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Stefanie, Felicia (Paul), Michael, Nicholas, Adam, Sara, Lily, Chiara and Michaela. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
