He was predeceased by: his wife Valda England; and his stepson Jeffery. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah (John) and Nicola (Trevor); his stepson David Leaf (Karen); and also Anne Nichols. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
