She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Donald James and Hazel Holdcroft; her husband George; and her sisters, Betty and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her children, Ayn, Bill (Carole) and Diane (John); her grandchildren, Spencer (Megan) and Jenny (Owen); and her brothers, Jim (Marie) and Bill (Anne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dixon Garland Funeral Home (166 Main Street N, Markham, ON L3P1Y3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
