He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Ruttan, Margaret Gray, Norman Ruttan and Alfred Ruttan; his sons, Brent and Kevin Ruttan; and his stepdaughters, Stephanie Lee Pommells and Crystal May Porter. He is also survived by one granddaughter and two grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews.
