The memory of Vernon George Patrick Groskopf in Markham, Ontario, who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his children, Pam Durrell (late Kevin), Liza McLennan and Lance (Annette); his grandchildren, Cole, Mitchell McLennan, Jordan, Ryan Groskopf, Jeremy Durrell and Kristen Durrell-Wills; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Brooklyn, Colter and Zayden; his sisters, Olive (late Saleem) and Pam (late Rene); and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Chown and Ken Chown. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins.
The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Innisfil Funeral Home (7910 Yonge St, Innisfil, ON L9S1L5). A reception will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
