He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie Ann Smith; his sister Shirley Bagnell (Glen); and his parents, Frank Smith and Marian Smith. He is survived by: his brother Philip Smith (Sheila); his children, Lisa Chisholm-Smith (Andrew) and Jeffrey Smith (Marcella); and his grandchildren, Sarah Ashley, Emma Madison and Cameron Patrick Smith. He is also survived by his three nephews.
