He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene (Richard), Wayne (Diane) and John (Jocelyn); his great-uncle John; his wife Diane Willcocks (Hillock); his grandchildren, Ciara, Nathan, Samantha (Colton), Alyssa, Anthony, Jackie, Kaylie, Diora, Avalon and Odin; and his children, Pam (Mike) and Tracey (Tony).

Bill's commitment to charity and community began as a Boy Scout.
