He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Willcocks and Agnes Willcocks (Alcock); his sister Kathy (Carl); and his nephew Kenny. He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene (Richard), Wayne (Diane) and John (Jocelyn); his great-uncle John; his wife Diane Willcocks (Hillock); his grandchildren, Ciara, Nathan, Samantha (Colton), Alyssa, Anthony, Jackie, Kaylie, Diora, Avalon and Odin; and his children, Pam (Mike) and Tracey (Tony).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dixion-Garland Funeral Home (166 Main Street N, Markham, ON L3P1Y3). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Bill's commitment to charity and community began as a Boy Scout.
