He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward McKie and Donna McKie; and his siblings, Barbara Germain (late Alfred) of Massey, Rhoda Crawford (Garry) of Parry Sound, Lee Peters (Don) of Massey and Craig McKie (Kathy) of Massey. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Espanola Nursing Home in memory of Garnet McKie.
