She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Leblanc (Blais) and Henry Leblanc; and her siblings, Yvette Lambert (Yvan) and Gerry Leblanc. She is survived by: her significant other Aime; her daughters, Monique Campbell (Larry), Michelle Toulouse (Jonathan) and Rachelle Bender (Steve); her grandchildren, Aimee, Jason, Haily, Codie, Kelsey and Lindsay; and her great grandchildren, Reece, Brody, Leona, Owen, Riley, Mia, Nolan and Andi.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Life Enrichment program at the Espanola Nursing Home in memory of Jackie.
