He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Trudel; his brothers, Johnny and Sandy Trudel; and his close friend Samantha Bastien. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Devin, Emily and Liam Currie; his mother Evelyn Trudel; his siblings, Julie (Guy), Jacob, Shawn, Loretta (Jedd), Annette (Milan), Bonnie (Abraham), Debbie and Micheal; his siblings-in-law, Gerry (Dana), Allan (Cheryl), Bob (Maureen) and Terry Dumond (Jen); and his close friends, Ray, Lynne Bastien, Tiffany, Erik Bittner and Kevin Bittner.
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Mattawa Voyageur Curling Club on Artie's behalf.
