We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2022, at the age of 100, Alma Runions (Maxville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alma Runions to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hector Runions; her parents, John A. Munroe and Ida Cochrane; her sisters, Olive Ross and Edith Thompson; and her granddaughter Tracey Firth (Jon).

She is survived by: her children, George (Beverley), John (Anne), Edith Nugent (Carl), Glen (Linda), Edna Swick (John), Edgar, Larry and Laurel Henderson (Gary); her grandchildren, Karen Dixon (Neil), Derek, Bruce (Jason), Heather Pettypiece (Dave), Jamie Nugent (Sherri) and Randy Nugent (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Melanie, Andrew Dixon, Zoe, Dylan Pettypiece, Lauren, Lindsey Nugent, Logan, Taylor, Cole, Wyatt and Neah Nugent; and her sister Lorna Munroe of Ottawa.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the Charity of your Choice.
