We announce the death of James Allan McEathron (Maynooth, Ontario), who passed away on October 17, 2026. James Allan will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew James Allan will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. James Allan’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis McEathron; and his children, Wesley (Peggy), Janice (Jeff Stewart), Sheldon (Juanita) and Joyce Gibbs. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mayo Community Centre.
