She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Smith; her son Kevin Smith (Kim Murphy); and her siblings, James (Elizabeth), Gerald, Murray (Barbara), Vern (Marion), Audrey and Verna (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Marden (Glenn), David Smith (Josephine) and Rodney Smith; her grandchildren, Tyler (Alyssa), Drake, Alicia, Derek, Austin, Dylan (Katrina) and Hailey; her great grandchild Kane; and her siblings, Shirley (Cuthbert), Lorraine (Louis) and Elvin (Diane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
