He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Bonny Blair; his children, Jeremiah (Holly), Joshua (Alicia), Nick (Jackie), Leslie and Tim (Kaitlin); and his grandchildren, Chase, Ryder, Ben, Cameron and MacKenzie.
