She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Starr and Annette Starr (King); and her sibling Margo Starr. She is survived by: her spouse Rick Foubert; her children, Russell Foubert (Tanya) and Tiffany Barton (Patrick); her grandchildren, Anrya, Evelyn, Johnathan, Brandon, Jake and Hickson; and her siblings, Collette Stratton (Paul), Lori Walker (Neil), James Starr, David Starr and Paul Starr (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
