He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex Shorthouse and Mona Shorthouse. He is survived by : his sisters, Gwen (late Bruce) and Ginny; his daughters, April (Aaron), Carolyn (Dan), Christa (James) and Ashley; and his grandchildren, Drake, Dara, Shelby, Josh, Noah, Lee, Emmett, Charlie and Lucas.
