He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Authier; his siblings, Alice Mallette (late Gerald), Robert Authier (Dorothy) and William Authier (Rosemary); and his sister-in-law Lillian Formanek (late William).
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Authier (Anne Marie) and Laura Newham; his grandchildren, Jeff Authier (Lauren), Matthew Authier, Greg Authier, Courtney MacDonald (Brendan), Hailey Simpson (Alexander), Brooke Bowskill, Melanie Renaud, Max Laprise and Martin Laprise; his great grandchildren, Jet, Ensley and Porter; and his sister-in-law MaryAnn Knotek (late George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
