He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John "Duncan" Stewart and Barbara (Hodgson). He is survived by: his wife Linda (Ryde); his children, Duncan and Barbara (Keith); his grandchildren, Laila and Charlie; and his pet Oscar.
