He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ayling and Betty Ayling; his brother Robert Stephen Ayling; and his niece Rachael Ayling. He is survived by: his brother Ross Ayling (Muriel) of Merrickville; and his nieces, Jennifer Reist (Peter), Heather Ayling-Langdon and Sarah Roberts (Robert). He is also survived by his extended family and by the many friends.
