She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Emmett; her daughter Karen Creed; her grandson Robert; her siblings, Roland Groulx (Lucy), Ronald Groulx (Rose) and Jeanette Hobbins; and her parents, Len Groulx and Jean Mazzucca.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Jensen, David Jensen (Sherry) and Michael Jensen (Lori); her grandchildren, Shannon, Joel, Angela, Heather, Bradley, Adam, Julianna and Victoria; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Mya, Katzya, Devyn, Max, Summit and Christian; and her sibling Lil McConnell (late Jim).
As per Jackie's wishes, memorial donations can be made to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation of Canada in honor of her late daughter, Karen.
