She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Bill Van Dam; her children, Monica, John and Andrew; her grandchildren, Ryan, Benjamin, Kayla, A. J., Emma and Cassandra; her great grandchildren, Emersyn, Beckett, Henley and Rylan; and her siblings, Meike, Ton, Geert, Wim and Herman.
