He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Joyce; and his in-laws, Alfred and Mary Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Lisa (Jason), James (Carrie) and Carolyn (Chris); his grandchildren, Emma, Natalie, Cooper, Russell and Madden; and his siblings, Gary, Dennis (Darlene), Anne and Sheldon (Dee). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
