It is with sadness that the passing of Alan George Donaldson (Midland, Ontario) is shared. Alan, born on October 25, 1951, passed away on September 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer and Dorothy; his brothers, Bob and Stephen; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Chris (Sheryl) and Teresa; his grandchildren, Laura (Brayden), Bryce and Mallory; his brother Dick Donaldson; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Boles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Midland Curling Club (474 King St, Midland, ON L4R4L3).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Huronia or Georgian Bay General Hospital.
