She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Jack (Olivia), Casey (Sophia), Callum and Tatum; her parents, Tom and Lindy; her parents-in-law, Milton and Carole; her sister Christy (Kevin); her sister-in-law Shawna (Jeff); and her nephews, Brett, Oliver and Damon.
