She is survived by : her husband Larry; her sons, Jason (Juanita) and Michael (Leanne); her grandchildren, Alia and Jade; and her siblings, John Boonstra (Joan), Frank Boonstra (Connie), Mary-Rose Stanchuk (Bud) and Peter Boonstra (Jane). She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

The family asks that in Lieu of flowers please donate to the Canada Cancer Research Society or Gilda's Club Simcoe/Muskoka .
