Bernice Jane Simms Obituary

We announce the death of Bernice Jane Simms of Midland, Ontario, who passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 80. Bernice Jane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Hodder and Dorcas Hodder; and her husband Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Betty (Darren) and Jimmy; her grandchildren, Drew, Bettina and Kendra; her great grandchildren, Sammy, Madi and Melody; and her sister Gertie.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be gratefully accepted.
