With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gerard Majellan Law (Midland, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gerard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Gerard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Law and Rachel Law. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Fortin Law; his children, Nathan and Larque Law; his siblings, Gisele (Darren Barlow) and Jason Law (Dawn); and his friend Penetanguishene. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation be made to Hospice Huronia Tomkins House, or the ALS Society of Canada.
