She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Stewart Robertson and Netta Kathleen Robertson; her husbands, Walter McMann and Eldon French; her brothers, Stewart and Leslie Robertson; and her grandson-in-law Scott MacCannell.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay Megaw (Robert); her stepsons, Larry French (Allie) and Gary French (Madeliene); her grandchildren, Cheryl MacCannell, Rob Megaw (Jen), Kristi Megaw (Stuart Aspinall), Tony Giambattista, Landon French (Sarah) and Rochelle Paquette (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Ryan Adams (Rachel), Michael Adams (Rowena), Sara Hesse (Chad), Genna Megaw (Mateo Torres), Anna Clark (Taylor), Kaelyn Collins (Will), Taylor Megaw (Kaitlyn Pestill), Kurtis Giambattista (Dali), Garrett Giambattista, Jill MacCannell, Doyle French, Reid French, Jaydon Paquette and Sienna Paquette; her great great grandchildren, Josephine, Hayleigh, Elliott, Avery, Miguel, Wesley, Lucy and Isabelle; and her close friend Marv Hebner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carson's Funeral Home J. H. Lynn Chapel (290 First St, Midland, ON L4R3N9). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Church (308 King St, Midland, ON L4R3M6).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Helen's memory.
