He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Katherine Laird Turnbull (Michael Lortie) of Montreal and Elizabeth Greer Turnbull (Jason Cabanaw) of Lloydminster, Alberta; and his grandson William Lortie-Turnbull.
