He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Lynn White; the fathers of children, Christopher and Shaun White; his stepdaughters, Kathy and Cheryl Giles; and his sister Donna Brunskill (Richard).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nicholas, Devon, Dakota, Rayne, Skyler, Justin, Geoffrey, Ashley and Thomas; his siblings, William White (Barbara) and Thomas White (Jennifer); and his pet Daisy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either the kidney or diabetes foundations would be appreciated by the family.
