He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Sherri McNamara (Sean) and Scott Dion (Jodi); his grandchildren, Emilie McNamara, Patrick McNamara, Nathan Dion and Carter Dion; and his siblings, Paul Dion (Claire), Judy (Gabe D'Aoust), Peter Dion (Lea), Kathy Hutton and Donna Soars (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church (589 Hugel Ave, Midland, ON L4R1W3).
