He is survived by: his grandchildren, Taylor Duval, Nate, Andrew Babcock, Nik and Olivia Schepers; his siblings, Don Bertram, Joy Reynolds (Ed) and Ann McDougall; his siblings-in-law, Lois Bertram, Linda Bertram, Frank Kelly (Cheryl) and Paddy Kelly (late Nancy); his siblings, Grace Adams (Harold), Paul Bertram, Dave Bertram and Ruth King (Nelson); his in-laws, Mary (Don), Thelma (Don) and Ken McDougall (Ann); and his friend Bea Toole. He is also survived by nephews as the fun uncle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated in Jack's memory.
