Karen Arthurs Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Karen Arthurs (Midland, Ontario). Karen, born on October 2, 1972, passed away on August 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her nieces and nephews, Amber King, Stephen King, Jessica Arthurs, Anthony Arthurs, Trevor Arthurs and Jaymee Robertson; and her parents, Harold Arthurs (late Greeta Arthurs) and Colleen Rollinson.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Sheppard (Mark Hornby), Sean Sheppard (Christine Gibson), Alyisha Arthurs (Stephen Brown) and Darcy Sheppard; and her siblings, Holly Arthurs, Pamela Robertson (Todd Robertson) and Patrick Arthurs.

Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Heritage House - Reception Centre (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Georgian Bay General Hospital in memory of Karen.
