He is survived by : his children, Christie (Mike) and Cory (Christina); his grandchildren, Ryan and Mason; his brothers, Keith (Lesley), Ed (Joanne) and Gary (Debbie); his sister-in-law Grace Parker (Ken); and his nieces and nephews, Derek, Shannon, Kyle, Kim and Jason.

Terry Cumming wrote a sympathy message

“My condolences to the family for your loss. Morley was our next-door neighbour for a time in the 1970s. He was a nice fella and helped me get a part time job at one point, even driving me to work each day. One late night some hooligans set his car on fire in the driveway. I called the fire department and they came. However, Morley was a very sound sleeper and it took a lot to get him to wake up! All turned out ok (except for the car of course).”
