It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Stuart Spence (Midland, Ontario), who passed away on July 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sibling Ross. He is survived by: his spouse Edna; his children, Douglas Spence (Krista) of Newmarket, Rob Spence (Nadine) of Belleville and Karen Spence (Joe Stark) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Shannon, Halden, Cullen, Kevin (Erika) and Eric (Megan); and his siblings, Betty, Roy, Bill, Pat and Mary.

“I have such fond memories of times with Edna and Stu, esp once I moved to Toronto. Used to take the bus up to their cottage up north. And once they sold that and bought a house in Midland again I visited regularly. Always had a fun time together. They also used to come here and stay in a guest suite next to our condo when my Mom was visiting and we'd have family parties to get everyone together. And about those who're gone-I never feel they're too far away. Will always cherish our memories of Stu. Janice [and Marty]”
