He was predeceased by: his father Robert John Megaw; his grandmother Helen French (McMann); his parents-in-law, Don and Sandy King; and his brother-in-law Scott MacCannell.

He is survived by: his wife Jen (Jen); his children, Genna Megaw and Taylor Megaw (Kaitlyn Pestill); his sisters, Cheryl McCannell and Kristi Megaw (Stuart Aspinall); his brothers-in-law, Keith King (Cathy) and Tony Giambattista; and his grandson Elliott Robert Dixon. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.

Instead of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org) in Rob's memory.
