He is survived by: his wife Margarette Taylor; his children, Grant (Jan), John (Lori), Valerie (Simon), Marlene (Jeremy) and Carolyn (Roger); his grandchildren, Daniel (Melissa), Rebecca (Ason), Matthew (Cassidy), Nicole (Harry), Erin (Chris), Justin (Grace), William (Eba), Mason (Alicia), Jack, Cole, Ava, Olivia and Ben; and his close friend Teddy.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation in Robert's memory.
