He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cloutier and Jeannette Cloutier; his sister Fran Thomas; and his parents-in-law, Elaine Madaire (Ron), Elgin Hodgin and Keith Hodgins.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Roger "Chum" (Suzie Hussey), Kerry-Lynn Roi and Raymond; his grandchildren, Rachel Dales (Nick Dales), Sarah, Sean, Cole Cloutier and Resse Cloutier-Roberts; his great grandchildren, Scarlette Rose Cloutier-Dales and Finley Dales; and his siblings, Adele Winters, Theresa Bertrand and Lynn Lavoy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
