She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leon Dextor Brett; her children, Lonnie (Nancy) and Greg (Grace); and her grandchildren, Jacob, Jamie, Jada, Dustin and Lacey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
