With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Joseph Milburn (Millbrook, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jeffrey Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jeffrey Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara and Joseph Milburn. He is survived by: his parents, Dianne Griffin and Joseph Milburn (Taylor Post); his sister Melissa Milburn (Luke Shanley); his grandparents, Peter and Marilyn Griffin; his in-laws, Bob and Tina Post; and his brother-in-law Robbie Post.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 402 (9 King St E, Millbrook, ON L0A1G0).
In memory of Jeff and for his love of animals, donations to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society would be appreciated by the family.
