He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Frances; his children, Heather (Gregory) and Paul; his grandchildren, William, Brooklyn and Maddox; his parents, William James Reid and Jantje "Janie" Reid of Barrie; and his brothers, Milton (Carol) of Barrie and Jimmy (Janice) of Seabright. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews.
