He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilhelm Jacobsen and Gerda Jacobsen; and his siblings, Ron, Lloyd and Eileen.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Laura (Philip) and Christien (Lindsay); and his grandchildren, Clark, Violet and Ruby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's society, honouring Brian.
