She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis McCrory and Kathleen McCrory; her husband Charles; her son Murray Laking; and her siblings, Rev. Murray McCrory, Mary Sullivan, Peter McCrory, James McCrory and Joan Catafalmo.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Laking; her brother Tom McCrory; her sisters-in-law, Margaret, Elizabeth McCrory and Ruth Laking; her cousin Dawn Hewins; and her friend Dorothy Letang.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home (146 Mill St N, Waterdown, ON L0R2H0). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Adjoining Cemetery.
