She was predeceased by: her husbands, Audley Spaulding and Neville Bacquie; her stepson John Bacquie; and her siblings, Francis Barnett (Hermine), Yvonne Thomas (Geoffrey) and Berna McIntosh (George).
She is survived by: her stepsons, Bruce, Dwight and Richard Bacquie (Joan); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jordan and Malcolm.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home Ltd. (114 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Benedict Parish (300 Yates Dr, Milton, ON L9T2W3). A burial was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Family Cemetery (2523 Lower Baseline Rd, Milton, ON L9T2P3). A reception was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Saint Benedict Parish (300 Yates Dr, Milton, ON L9T2W3).
