He is survived by: his wife Kathy Green; his sons, Stephen and Michael; his granddaughters, Shannon Muldoon (Adam) and Amanda Berube (Neale); his brothers, Bill (Gail) and Jim (Carol Ann); his nephew Brent (Nicole); and his niece Heather Healey (Shawn).
